Back then I took to using the white pages instead and now I am angry that the White Pages is no longer a resource I can use to find addresses of friends who I know have moved. Why on earth did you drop the second initial and/or more information for the phone directory online?? What on earth do you thing you are doing? Do you know what the White Pages is used for? Have you surveyed any "customers" ie the long-suffering public?? May the Rudd government re-invent the Telstra we knew and loved, the one that provided service not useless, gratuitous advertising in place of information. Oh NO!
