You have dumbed down the white pages now. Yellow pages lost all sensibility some years ago. I havent used it since it became a medium for advertising instead of a resource to search. Back then  I took to using the white pages instead and now I am angry that the White Pages is no longer a resource I can use to find addresses of friends who I know have moved. 
Why on earth did you drop the second initial and/or more information for the phone directory online??  
What on earth do you thing you are doing? Do you know what the White Pages is used for? Have you surveyed any &quot;customers&quot; ie the long-suffering public??
May the Rudd government re-invent the Telstra we knew and loved, the one that provided service not useless, gratuitous advertising in place of information.</description>
